Our recurring service is designed to help control common household pests found indoors. Covered pests are listed in your service agreement and are subject to the terms of that agreement.
Do I need to be home for service?
Not always. In many cases, exterior service can be completed without you being home, as long as we have access to the areas we need to treat. If interior service is needed, we will let you know.
What if I see pests between visits?
If you continue to see covered pest activity between scheduled visits, touch-up service may be available in accordance with the terms of your agreement.
Are your treatments safe around kids and pets?
We apply products in accordance with label directions and provide any needed post-treatment instructions at the time of service. Safety information and product labels are available upon request.
How often do you provide service?
Most recurring service is provided on a quarterly schedule, along with the initial service and any covered follow-up outlined in your agreement.
